Located in the heart of Ashgrove, we offer our take on the Thai dining experience through aromatics and spices. From street to modern contemporary we want you to come experience this journey with us.
With multiple years under our belt this isn’t our first rodeo. Thai cuisine is constructed based on the foundation of four seasoning-salty, sweet, sour and spicy; we combine traditional preparations with local ingredients for dishes that are authentic to all regions of origin. A lot of aromatics and bold flavours coming from this spread of Thai dishes, we invite you to sample our extensive menu.
In addition to our restaurant we also provide a vast variety of craft beers, wines and delightful mocktails downstairs at our bar. Great for pre dinner beverages to casual drinks, we cater to all needs.
With many successful establishments around Ashgrove its pretty daunting for us but we are excited to meet new faces and build a strong relationship with the locals around the area.

Excellent experience start to finish. Phoned up last minute for a booking that could accomodate a high chair and had no issue. Restaurant is wonderfully presented with great ambience. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Our food and drinks came out quickly and was some of the best Thai we’ve had. The bill at the end of the evening was a pleasant surprise given the great food and lovely experience we had, certainly have recommended the restaurant to friends and family. Will be back to try more of the menu.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai on grove restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The Peking Duck and Pad Thai were absolute highlights, showcasing the chef's skill. The authenticity of flavors transported me, and the friendly staff made the entire meal memorable. The service was impeccable, adding a warm touch to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend this place for a delicious fusion.
